ABOUT MINDFUL SELF-COMPASSION TRAINING
At its simplest form, self-compassion is treating oneself with the same kindness you would treat a dear friend. The 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion course was developed by Drs. Chris Germer and Kristin Neff in 2010. The course comes from years of research and study of mindfulness and self-compassion.
